The staff and management team work on a shift basis to ensure that assistance and support, if required, is provided 24 hours a day. They undergo regular training and assessments to ensure that only the highest standard of care is available to the residents at all times. The Home is Investors In People accredited and is committed to the development of all its staff.

On moving into the Home, a member of the care staff will be assigned to you to ensure that your particular needs and requirements are met. He or she will be known as your ‘key worker.’

The staffing compliment also consists of a cook and domestic staff.
